System.Speech doesn't exist!

I'm not sure why, but a reference isn't automatically added to the namespace System.Speech when using Visual Studio to create speech-enabled projects. To add that reference, do the following:

1. From the menubar, choose Project -> Add Reference
2. In the .NET tab, choose System.Speech
3. Click OK

Now it should be added. Note that System.Speech requires .NET 3.0 or later and may require VS 2008.
